This is a full review of Cheat Codes from UFT Member Simon who gained Beta access in exchange for sharing his experience in order to help UFT members decide if this program is for you.

So, I am a UFT member but most notably a member of xG Football Trading since 2023. And i’ve been using expected goals (xG) and shots on target (SOT) data to trade football for years now.
If you’re reading this, you probably know the grind: spreadsheets, stats feeds, manual notes, trying to find value in the fog of endless data.
I have done very well using xG and it is the foundation of my football trading but every now and then you have some bad days or do some questionable trades and I often found myself wondering: was that really long-term profitable?
Like if I use xG in the South American leagues is it as reliable? Do SOT really matter when we have xG? And so on..
Lots of questions but not so many answers.
Anyway, when Cheat Codes came across my desk (thanks to early access from being a UFT member), I was curious but cautious. I wasn’t sure if I need “more” strategies but the promise of knowing the criteria sucked me in.
Anyway, spoiler: it’s the real deal.
First Impressions: A Trader’s Dream
For UFT members, you have been here before. You get instant access as soon as you pay and you unlock the members area, it is seamless.
And your eyes will light up when you get in there as everything is beautifully presented with the video game theme going on and you do feel a bit like a kid on christmas morning with it all. (Just to be clear I got the full bundle but I understand the systems are available standalone)

Anyway, right from the intro , I could tell Cheat Codes wasn’t “Lay The Draw with filters” or “Back the Fave if they’re dominating” in disguise. It was data-led, simulation-tested, and most importantly…. clear.
Each system is built around a specific match scenario with crystal-clear logic behind why the edge exists. That’s what sold me.
Some of the edges presented are “logical” and make sense and then there are some that didn’t make sense but were profitable. Either way, none of us would know this unless we ran the simulations ourselves and/or traded thousands of matches and kept the data.
None of us are doing that and so this the closest any of us will ever get to 100% proven systems in this world.
What I Found Interesting
Let me walk you through my impressions of some of the Cheat Codes systems, especially from the lens of someone who’s already been working with xG and SOT.
✅ The Shifter System
This one had me nodding along right away.
Laying the leader when they’re overperforming is something I’ve done often. But Cheat Codes gave me the exact criteria to look for, the timing to make the entry, and even guidance on what to do if the underdog scores. I’ve had those questions myself and was winging it half the time. Now I don’t have to.
This felt like a system I had been trying to build myself for years, only now it was backed by thousands of data points, with entry/exit logic tested and refined.
Again, the logic of it makes sense, but knowing the very best criteria is what you are really paying your money for.
Heads up for this (hopefully its ok to reveal it) there is no trading out on this system. So its a bit more set and forget which some might like/not like.
✅ The Fortress System
I’ll admit, I skimmed this one at first thinking “backing favourites? Yawn.”
But this isn’t about just backing short-priced home teams. It’s more like position trading in the goal markets, compounding the edge as time ticks.
Think of it like progressive staking and I think it was even described that wya in the video.

The logic is financial-markets level. Re-entry points, odds compression, managing exposure.
My early experience with this one has been positive and profitable. But, I haven’t yet got one of the “big wins” with this strategy but I can see in the results they happen maybe 1/10 trades, so I don’t mind being patient.
✅ The Snowball Mini
This one is nice.
It’s all about dead games, where nothing is happening, and turning that into a quick, confident entry. You don’t need to sit and suffer through boring matches anymore. Snowball Mini gives you a way to extract value from games you’d normally skip or bail out of.
This is especially useful if you’re working with a portfolio approach and want some low-action profit plays to smooth out the variance.
My early demo of it was very nice and smooth. I haven’t had a loser yet but looking at the results it is not like you are risking crazy amounts if you get caught by a goal and I can see the losing examples in the video library.
Fun fact: I think the video library had more losing examples than winners which is a good sign of the transparency of this course.
The Systems I’m Most Excited About Using
If I had to pick two that I’ll be integrating straight into my workflow, it’s:
- The Shifter System : because it’s exactly what I’ve been doing manually, but with way more clarity and confidence now. I used to constantly second-guess my lay-the-leader entries. Not anymore.
- The Escalator :I didn’t expect to like this one as much, but the entry timing is so precise. It’s one of those strategies that takes advantage of odds movement late on, and the way it’s structured means you avoid “chasing” while still capitalizing on market panic.
I’ll also be testing the Boss System in the correct score markets more cautiously, it looks incredible, but those markets can be brutal, so I’ll ease in.
I tend to stick to match odds and goal markets but the CS market is next on my list to learn.
How I’m Using Cheat Codes in Practice
I have my own shortlist process using xG trends, match pace, and market behaviour but now I’ll pull up Cheat Codes alongside that, especially during busy slates.
I look at the triggers and scenarios, then match those against my own research to build a daily shortlist.
If you’re a more casual trader, you could just follow the playbook as-is. But as someone who’s already deep in the weeds of football trading data, I see it as a framework I can overlay on top of my process. And it’s made my trades sharper, more focused, and already more consistent.
Compared to Other Products?
I find it hard to compare Cheat Codes to typical courses because it isn’t really a course, they have simply delivered the systems. As promised, backed with data and so on.
Maybe the best way to see it is as an “add-on” to previous courses you might have done.
In my view its a bit like xG Football Trading 2.0, if you already did that course then this is a great add-on to it.
It’s detailed, it’s modern, and it respects your intelligence. It gives you the why, not just the what. And the live trade demos are great as always with real examples showing the process.
Is the Directors Cut Worth It?
Absolutely. I went for the Master Collection and added the Director’s Cut at checkout. If you see that option, grab it. The extras in there are well worth the bump.
I liked the look of the False Momentum system as one to potentially add to my own systems but I can see why it didn’t make the cut as a full system.
System X Reloaded was also interesting to watch but I doubt I would use it, very, very wild in my view.
Just to be clear, these systems are ALL profitable also but I think the wildness is what made them only get included in the directors cut part.
Who Should Buy This?
If you’re a data-focused trader who’s tired of gut trades and wants a way to systemise your entries, this is for you.
If you’ve already been trying to use xG, SOT, or game state trends to make decisions… this will give you a powerful edge.
And if you’re just starting out but want to skip the years of confusion, just follow the Cheat Codes. It’s that simple.
Some have said this isn’t for beginners but I really think if I was a beginner again this would be the perfect way to start, in at the deep end.
Final Thoughts: Worth It? Yes.
Cheat Codes doesn’t promise miracles. But it delivers what I think most football traders are really craving:
Clear rules
Proven data
Tested setups
Confidence
For me, it’s the confirmation I needed that my instincts were right and now I’ve got the blueprint to trade with purpose.
Roll on the weekend!
